Private beta

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Bridge may collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when people visit our website, join the private beta, or use Bridge communication features.

Effective: July 27, 2026 Last updated: July 27, 2026
Bridge is in private beta. Some public demo features may be simulated or may not transmit data until a production account, form, or connected service is enabled. We will update this notice as our production data practices change.

1. Scope

This notice applies to the Bridge website, private beta, web application, and related product testing. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy notices.

2. Information we collect

The information Bridge processes depends on how you use the product.

  • Account and beta access information. Email address, name, company, role, preferred language, and information you provide when requesting access or creating an account.
  • Conversation and workspace content. Messages, translations, participant information, reminders, meeting details, and other content shared in Bridge.
  • Voice and audio information. Voice notes, recordings, transcripts, translations, and voice samples you choose to provide for Bridge Voice.
  • Files and documents. Documents, images, and related metadata uploaded for sharing, translation, or processing.
  • Technical and usage information. Device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, feature interactions, diagnostic logs, and security events.
  • Communications with us. Feedback, support requests, interview notes, and other information you send to the Bridge team.

3. How we use information

Bridge may use information to:

  • provide multilingual messaging, voice, transcription, document, reminder, and calendar features;
  • operate accounts and private-beta access;
  • process user-requested translations and other product actions;
  • maintain reliability, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service;
  • communicate about access, updates, feedback, support, and product testing;
  • understand feature performance and improve Bridge; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.

4. AI and language processing

Bridge may use internal systems and third-party service providers to translate, transcribe, summarize, process files, detect dates or action items, and provide other AI-assisted functions requested by users.

Conversation content, audio, and files may be transmitted to those providers when necessary to perform the requested feature. Bridge does not sell personal information or use private workspace content for third-party advertising.

Any future use of private content for broader model training or product research will be described separately and handled with any consent or other legal basis required by applicable law.

5. Bridge Voice

Bridge Voice is optional and restricted to people who are at least 18 years old. Before enrollment, you must confirm that the sample contains your own voice and that you consent to creating synthetic speech in that voice. Do not submit another person’s voice, a celebrity’s voice, or any voice that is not your own.

  • Enrollment. Your enrollment recording is securely sent to ElevenLabs to create a synthetic version of your voice. Bridge does not intentionally retain that enrollment recording in Firebase after transmission, although ElevenLabs may process and retain voice data under its applicable terms and privacy practices.
  • Voice profile. Bridge stores the provider voice identifier in a private, server-only Firebase record associated with your account. The generated voice can speak words or sentences that you did not personally record.
  • Sent messages. When you send a voice message, Firebase Cloud Storage stores the version you choose to send—the original recording or the Bridge Voice version. Cloud Firestore stores message metadata and a Firebase download-token reference used for replay. Anyone who obtains that reference may be able to access the audio until the object or token is deleted.
  • Deletion. Deleting Bridge Voice asks Bridge to delete the custom voice at ElevenLabs before removing the private provider mapping. Previously sent voice messages remain in their conversations unless separately deleted or you request deletion of the associated account data. Limited information may remain temporarily in provider systems, backups, security logs, or records retained for legal or operational reasons.

6. How information is shared

Bridge may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Other conversation participants. Content is shared with the people and organizations you communicate with, as directed by you.
  • Service providers. Google Firebase provides authentication, databases, file storage, server functions, and hosting. ElevenLabs processes Bridge Voice enrollment and synthetic speech. Other translation, transcription, AI processing, communications, analytics, security, and support providers may process information only as needed for the requested feature or service operation.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to valid legal process.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.
  • With your direction. We may share information when you request or authorize us to do so.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the private beta, maintain the service, meet legal and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention may vary by data type. Account and workspace content may remain while an account is active. Diagnostic and security records may be retained for a limited period. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups before being overwritten.

You may request deletion of your account, private-beta email, workspace content, or Bridge Voice data. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, particularly during an early private beta.

Please do not use the public demo to share confidential, regulated, export-controlled, or highly sensitive information.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

  • Opt out of private-beta or product-update emails through the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.
  • Request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your account.
  • Disable or request deletion of a personalized Bridge Voice.
  • Close your account, subject to any information we must retain for legal or security reasons.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide evidence of authority.

10. International processing

Bridge is designed for cross-border communication. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including where Bridge, conversation participants, or service providers operate.

Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and update this notice as our production infrastructure and service-provider arrangements are finalized.

11. Children

Bridge is a business communication product and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not provide personal information through Bridge if you are below the minimum age required to consent to processing in your location. Bridge Voice is restricted to people who are at least 18 years old.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as Bridge develops, production features are launched, service providers change, or legal requirements evolve. We will post the revised notice with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required.

13. Contact

For questions, privacy requests, or concerns, email Bridge or use the Contact section on our website. Please include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request.
